recently my psu started to play up contacted support on about an rma will i get an identical one 1000w G2 supanova

    Yes, you will get a refurbished unit of the same model or slightly better, depending on what is in stock.

    thats good as i now the g2 and g3 are very good better than the g5

    If it's past 30 days it will be a refurbished model and will be equal or better which means if you had 1000W and they don't have one of those in they could possibly send you a 1200W for example.

    evga are replacing my faulty supernova 1000w g2 psu with 220-G6-1000-X2 serching on google i think its basically a sesonic focus that evga have improved slightlly 
    has anyone got experiance with this psu what are your thoughts on it, I now if i am correct, seasonic then it should be a very capable product

    ive had my unit deliverd and i am very impressed with it dispite a feeling of doom when i first saw it as its so small you think it cant be that good. but its a fantastic unit very pleased i can now see rhat evga has recived my defective unit back i  think its pending cheeks as i did a cross shipment rma does anyone now how long it will be till my deposit is refunded

    Typically once we have received your product and accepted it in, could take 7-10 business days for the refund depending on the bank. Sometimes I have seen it as fast as 3-5. Hope this helps!
