So I cleaned out my computer today cuz dog hair.

so you know. taking the entire thing apart and then I noticed that my GPU has like this weird greasy stuff on it covering 3 chip thingies. it definitely wasn't there when I last put it in and I doubt dog hair is going to like cause some greasy stuff.

some picsture. the smudging on the backplace is from me trying to clean it but then I realised i should ask what it is first.
so yeah there is weird greasy stuff covering those 3 things specifically.

It's oil from the thermal pads wicking out.

A bit of alcohol on a pad should wipe it right off.

Yep. It's nothing to worry about.

Better with ArctiClean if you can find, he will remove all oil and second bottle with purifier will completely dry that place.

That liquid is made to decompose grace and remove any trace of oil from paste or thermal material.

Just put the alcohol or cleaner on a rag or napkin. Don't use much, so that it doesn't degrade the thermal pads :-)
