Hi mens. I have 1080 ti ftw hybrid. 1.5 months ago, my PC stopped defining it. uefi bios and windows could not find my video card. I opened the RMA and sent it under warranty to Germany. After a long wait, I finally picked her up today. I was happy to finally go home and play on my new video card. But how disappointed I was. the metal grille is not fixed and knocks when the card is shaken, as well as when the pump is working. the pump is a special problem, it buzzes terribly, especially when you turn off the PC. My past card worked very quietly. special problem, my PC for a long time could not see the new video card. Then I tried to run the test. Gpu boost doesn't work. when trying to overclock or change the power limit, my PC freezes. It helps only hard reset
And my PC again cannot find this video card for a long time. This is a terrible service, I am very disappointed.

The loose grill shorts out on the PCB, the card won't boost properly, and may be permanently damaged.  It is a common problem.  RMA again.  Poor job EVGA.

Normally I would say that you can take the shroud off, attach the grill to the shroud properly so that it isn't loose and isn't shorting out the PCB any more, put some electrical tape on the bottom of the grill to prevent it from shorting out the PCB for good measure, reassemble it, and hopefully it will now boost properly.  But, since the pump is unusually noisy, might as well not even bother with the grill and shroud and just RMA the whole thing again.
