Update: EVGA has begun rolling out Advanced RMA in Europe. As part of the ongoing efforts to bring all the same features and benefits to Europe that are currently offered in North America, European users are now able to submit RMA Requests directly from http://eu.evga.com/support/ using the EVGA RMA link on the left-hand side. In order to do so, you will need an RMA ticket for the product which can be obtained by contacting EVGA EU support (submit a support ticket or give them a call so we can help diagnose the problem as best as possible to avoid any unnecessary downtime). You will then be able to submit an RMA request, check approval, receiving, and shipping status/info directly on the EVGA website as well as receive email updates when the product is shipped. When requesting the RMA, depending on your location, you may be presented with 2 options: Standard RMA and Advanced RMA. While Europe's current status quo provides that returns be processed through the retailer, EVGA encourages European users to to take advantage of EVGA's customer oriented service and centrally located service center in Munich so we can work directly with you to ensure as fast and as satisfactory outcome as possible. Let me know if you have any questions about this by replying here in this thread or feel free to send me an email at nickm@evga.com !

Was it on this page? http://eu.evga.com/Support/support.asp I logged into your account and had no issues viewing and submitting a test ticket. Please email me directly so I can quickly help in this matter.

I'm not happy with RMA europe last time wasn't helpfull I send my motherboard for RMA, problem was bend pins socket I sad repair it I will pay the cost, becausr was my fault no problem with that. Then I was getting e-mail dat the c-mos ans on and out button wheren't going smoothly you have to push harder, I tell them that I was not happy about that and that I want A 100% motherboard back , then they say that there was no s/n onthe board and you couldn't see how much garanty I had. I know for 100% sure that there was a s/n number There option was that they send a new board I sad Oke. When the board was delivered I saw the s/n was ending on B1 and that means only 1 year warranty. I send them e-mail about the issue and they say keep the board but you have the warranty of your old board. But how when I send the board the see another s/n only 1 year warranty. I feel I have bought a cat in a box robbed

Hi hansvanleen, Products received from EVGA warranty will in fact continue the original product's warranty which we do have record of your original product, purchase date, and registration date. For your peace of mind, we will work to get you an updated Part Number sticker which you can apply to the product and register it on the website once you receive it. Since EVGA EU will be closed on Monday for All Saints Day in Germany, please allow until Tuesday to receive an update for this. Please feel free to email me at nickm@evga.com as well if you have any questions or concerns about this issue.

In the e-mail entitled EVGA EU Advanced RMA ID: xxxxxx Confirmation it states you have to pay using a credit card for EAR. When you visit the site, you have to use Paypal. Needs fixing.
