Hello,
It's been over a month since the last message sent to EVGA, but have not received a single reply! What to do?
Although I am the winner of one Classified motherboard, after many unpleasant events I managed to get.
The first problem was that after I confirmed the mail, although I have sent many messages I have received no response. In fact, I ask AWB package to track the expedition. The shipment has not been accompanied by any document accompanying from EVGA, which has caused me problems in customs (I wonder why did not document!). I requested these documents from UPS and EVGA. Again no answer. What to believe?
I was forced to pay some taxes without having a document , and now when I try to contest these charges but I need to prove that it was a prize, not a purchased product. If I fail, I will lose a fairly large amount. I don't regret any moment that amount,considering the value of this award, but the lack of communication, the respect and even lack of education bothers me enormously.
Beyond all, even for those reasons should receive a response before. So I think that EVGA is owed some explanation.
For everything I said can provide evidence. Obviously.
I apologize for expressing difficult, I am not native English speakers.

I have drawn attention several times about AWB, so these troubles could have been avoided.
