Oh no. I have bought my GTX770 on 28th.
I didn't get Splinter Cell because i bought it on a different internet shop. And now i don't get the code for this game :-(

From the terms and condition on Nvidia's promotion page the code is only from authorized ETAIL and Retail partners so you could get the code before you sell the card if you qualify for it but the person you sell to would not get one. The Extended Warranty is not refundable. You could purchase another card that qualifies for the code from the authorized store and get a code.

* I'm not 100% sure on the pre-order bonus, but generally these codes only receive the basic game (and not additional content).
* 690 is not included because NVIDIA sets the skus. We have no control over this since it is an NVIDIA promotion.

Just checked out the android app, it's performance is pretty bad even on an S4. You get a faster experience simply by coming to the forums in your browser of choice.

I purchased an EVGA GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked (02G-P4-2765-KR) from a nearby TigerDirect retail store after August 30th and I did not receive a code for the game upon purchase, yet it shows up under the software bundles page of my account and I've uploaded my invoice... I presume I don't get a code though because I didn't purchase it at an EVGA online store, nor did my retailer give me a code upon purchase... Sad day. I can't win either...

I purchased a qualifying product from a TigerDirect retailer instead of the TigerDirect.com website though. I purchased an EVGA 760 GTX (02G-P4-2765-KR) in August and received my splinter cell code. I was really impressed by the card so I decided to buy another EVGA 760 GTX (02G-P4-2765-KR) at a local tiger direct store. I asked them about the code for the new Batman Promo but they didn't know anything about this. Am I able to request a download code for the Batman Arkam Orgins promo ?Please let me know, Thanks... I have uploaded my invoice, how do I request a code for the Batman game ?

Yes, thank you for the response. I will check back after the weekend. I just got off the phone with the operations manager at Tiger Direct. They said I had no email that was associated with my account. I don't know how that is possible, lol. Hopefully now I will receive the code.

Hey , good morning Rob. I talked with an operations manager on Friday and she never called me back. I went to the store on Saturday to talk with a manager and they said they would look into it. I am pretty sure they do not care and probably will not call me back. The promotion is still on their website so I don't see why they can't just give me a code. No one at the store seems to know anything about the Batman code. What should I do next ?
