I have a UEFI motherboard as well as an EVGA GTX 680 and 590.  Is there UEFI enabled BIOS available for either of these cards?  Thanks!

There is for the GTX 680s however it is only for using Secure Boot with Windows 8 and a motherboard that supports Secure Boot.  Other than this the UEFI BIOS for the 680 would be the same as the non-UEFI version and there is no performance difference.  There is no UEFI BIOSes below the 640s or in the previous GPU series.

If you are using a motherboard that supports Secure Boot and Windows 8 and wish to use Secure Boot please e-mail me at mattm@evga.com with the serial number of the card and the model number of your motherboard and I can request it be sent to you.

Is there any UEFI Bios for the 680 that does NOT require secure boot?  I am trying to use a third party EFI boot loader (Clover) on a system using a GTX 680 and it will not work without disabling secure boot.

I do apologize but for the 600 kepler series video cards the UEFI update is only for secure boot.

Flashing the UEFI BIOS doesn't force the card to use secure boot; it merely enables the feature to be used if you have a motherboard with a UEFI BIOS and you use Windows 8, which is capable of using secure boot.  Even then, if you don't want the secure boot feature, you would just disable it in your motherboard BIOS, and the card would work normally.

Typically, EVGA sends out those BIOSes to members who use a UEFI motherboard and Windows 8.  I'd suggest contacting support and looking into whether they can send you that file.  This will only help you if your boot loader needs the card to have a UEFI BIOS; otherwise, you won't see a difference.
