770 ACX Low fps in almost all games

I recently bought a 770 ACX 2gb card to replace my 560 ti and I've noticed a large fps drop in multiple games. The games I've noticed the drops in are Borderlands 2, MechWarrior Online, BF3, Dota 2, and the most noticeable was Garry's Mod. When I had my 560 in my rig I averaged around ~60-100 fps in all the above games, with my 770 it can go from ~140 to ~20 fps in a matter of a second. I have reinstalled the latest drivers and the games multiple times in an attempt to fix the low fps. Any information on how to fix this would be helpful and appreciated.
 
My specs are:
Corsair 300R Case
Asus P8Z68-v Pro/Gen3 motherboard.
Rosewill RBR1000-M PSU
Cooler Master Hyper N520 Heatsink
Intel core I7 2600k @ 3.5Ghz
Corsair 8gb 1600 Mhz Ram 2x4
500gb Seagate Barracuda

    what temp is the card running at? sounds like its downclocking from overheating

    It stays around 60c at all times. The highest it has even been was 74c and that was during a benchmark.

    Hmm those are good temps so its not that, I dunno what else would cause the low fps sorry
     
    You can try a different set of drivers, the GTX 770 only works with 320.18, 320.49 and 326.19 so far.
