Hello everyone

A good friend of mine is looking forward to upgrade from his GTX 560 Ti's and he asked me how good the GTX 660 or GTX 660 Ti would perform with barsWF x64 CUDA Client, Iwas like well I myself have only had igh end cards, so the ebst comparence I could give him was the run with my two EVGA GTX 580 Super Clcoked Edition 1.5GB's which is this score:

As far as i can recall the GTX 660 ti performs like that of a GTX 580 SCE right? Anyhow this was the best result I could give him to compare to that of a GTX 660 Ti. As for the GTX 660 I speculate that would be around the performance of a GTX 480 perhaps?
Which gave me this result:

So yeah If some of you GTX 660 & GTX 660 Ti users could run a BarsWF x64 CUDA Client test run for me and post your results in this thread, that would be of great honor!

You can download BarsWF x64 CUDA Client from here:
http://3.14.by/en/md5

And just run the app then do a Print Screen them press spacebar to end the app. And post your results how I have posted mine

Many thanks!

The 660 ti is a fair bit faster than a 580, and the 660 is about the same speed as a 580 (after its usual boost clocking stuffs):

Ah yeah okay, but I'd like to see this difference with BarsWF x64 CUDA Client, since that would help my friend the most, many thanks for your reply though

I did a full run. But I read what you said to do wrong and I pressed spacebar first before pressing printscreen. Regardless, this is what it sat at anyway the entire test.

ahhh very interesting!!!!

Really many many thanks for this one mate!

It seems that a GTX 670 won't differ much to that of a GTX 660 Ti because they have the exact same amount of Kepler CUDA Cores, this is very interesting indeed

My GTX 680 SC SE's do this:

As they have 1536 Kepler UDA Cores thus they slightly higher score over the 1344 Kepelr CUDa Cores a GTX 670 & GTX 660 Ti have

BarsWF x64 CUDA Client really gets it's performance from the amount of CUDA Cores over the ram bandwidth these cards have .
Many thanks for this result, the score is much higher that I ever expected it to be, really nice, is this from a stock clocked card or an OC'ed one, I also seek stock clock speed runs if that is possible

Many thanks for running this!

Completely stock settings. I do run with K-Boost enabled but that's it. (K-Boost doesn't raise gpu clock as I'm sure you know).

Omg! That is a most beautiful background!! May I please get the link so I can get that for my laptop??? I would be extremely greatful!

ahhh very nice uhm another advice please use Forceware 310.70 WHQL because these give you a much higher CUDA Score , also disable SLI when wanting to run BarsWF x64 on all GPGPU's

Here my old score with 306.02 WHQL:

Here my new score with 310.70 WHQL:

So if you are using Keplers your score will gain 150 to 220 MHashes per second and hay that for a driver is pretty neat right!

As for the Background, sure !
Here ya go buddy!
