Hi there i'm new in evga products and after searching in X299 thread there is no result about compatibility for thunderbolt pci card 
if there is some special card to buy or i can or can't work?

    There are no thunderbolt headers on any of the X299 boards so most likely you will not be able to use thunderbolt.
     
    2 boards off-hand I know support is the ASUS Prime X299-A II which has a header to use a card and the ASUS Prime X299-Deluxe II which has it built-in to the board itself.
