When I received the card, it looks good enough and it has a good temperature.

It has a very loud and annoying noise on idle where I usually stay on...

The replacement took me 37 days due to Custom block and shipment delays.

Try doing this, and if it doesn't help then I would recommend rma'ing it again.

I don't know if I RMA again, distance is long and it takes a while. I was unlucky that it get held by customs.
    the card works just fine.

Overall, I am satisfied with EVGA warranty.

I am thinking to RMA the card again.

The noise is getting worse and it's happening more recently.

If your not happy with the card, then send it for RMA. You could always call tech support first, and describe the continual problem.
