ASPPlayground.NET (APG) vNext End User License Agreement

By installing the ASPPlayground.NET vNext Software ("The Product"),
the License Holder ("you") agree to the following terms and conditions
stated by ASPPlayground.NET ("we", "us"):
1) One software license grants you the right to run one instance (a
single installation) of The Product on one web site. Each license may power
one instance of ASPPlayground.NET vNext on one base URL.
For each installed instance of the program, a license is required.
"An instance" is defined as the following:
(a) Database (tables & stored procedures):
one set of the tables and store procedures defined in our
sql script exist on a single database; in other words,
once you run our full installation script once,
it is considered one instance of the database.
(b) ASPX/ASCX/VB files:
one set of the ASPX/ASCX/VB files contained in the package exists
on a single web directory. In other words, once you upload
the software files onto a single directory, it is considered
one instance of the ASPX/ASCX/VB files.
(c) The combination of (a) and (b) that is accessible from one single URL
is considered one instance.
2) All The Product copyright notices must remain unchanged and visible
unless you own an un-branded license.
3) The Product may not be used for anything that would represent
or is associated with an Intellectual Property Violation, including, but not
limited to, engaging in any activity that infringes or misappropriates the
intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks,
service marks, trade secrets, software piracy, and patents held by individuals,
corporations, or other entities.
ASPPlayground.NET reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
The Product is licensed, not sold.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES
WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
ASPPlayground.NET is not liable for the content of any message posted
on a forum powered by ASPPlayground.NET.
The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY
OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
OF PURCHASE PRICE.
Should we discover discrepancies in the software usage, be aware that you
may lose your license and may face legal actions for Software Piracy.
