rtx 3080 xc3 black . question about red lights on start up

Hello, 
Tried googling but couldn't find the answer for it . When I start my pc. The gpu will show 2 red light for like a second (The red light are on the gpu) and the pc starts ok . Just wanted to know if that is normal thing ?

    This is what I’m getting on the card I just got from evga today , pretty sure my old card did not do this

    actually its 3 of them . looking closely seems to be LEDM1,LEDM2,LEDM3 written underneath the glowing led

    according to Jacob twitter . it seems to be normal

    I have the same thing on the XC3 Ultra, 3 red lit LEDs when powered off. Not really sure what they're supposed to represent.

    I have a XC3 Ultra and my card doesn’t exhibit this behavior. No red lights on boot up or shut down. When I first installed my card I noticed 3 or 4 red lights, and I repositioned my pins by swapping them around and they went out. I’ve been paying close attention since then when booting up and shutting down, and also during gaming sessions and they haven‘t reappeared.

    Looks like it's flash mode according to this thread. So long as they don't stay on when running everything should be fine. If they do, you may need to enable ErP in your mobo BIOS.
