rtx 3080 ftw3 ultra vbios not switching on precision x1

Hey, hope anyone can help me with this. I flashed the 3080 ftw3 ultra 450W OC bios for my OC mode bios on my card. So I kept normal bios untouched. But now when I switch to normal bios on the card precision still think it's in the OC mode with a minimum fan speed. See the picture I tool, the .68 bios come from factory with a power limit of 400W maximum. But precision think it's in the .88 bios version with a max 450W. 
 
I want to go back to the silent normal bios mode where my fan would not spin when the gpu is not under load.

    When you switch bios are you powering down pc, change bios switch, then rebooting or how?

    Thanks for the help. This somehow fixed itself after a driver update

    Also make sure if u encounter this again power down and unplug AC and let it rest 10 sec then switch to bios

    Yes, and for everyone else reading, don’t switch the bios switch with it powered on.
