look at it this way how would you like to go a month with out your pc half way threw the glimmer of you finally got it back for less then 24 hours before the RMA card you got messes up along with the 2-3 days between responses from customer support.

kind of like me sending my mainboard to MSI to have them update the bios for me so i could use my AMD Ryzen 2600 on my b350 motherboard. got it back without the mounting bracket. which even though i was using a water cooler, AMD mounting of AIO still uses the original Bracket. so i had to wait a few days to get the bracket from MSI, after already waiting a couple weeks and paying shipping to have them simply update Bios. I mean you could blame AMD for needing to update Bios on a board. so sure try MSI if you like. I'm sure they could use another customer to screw over, considering so many are leaving. and didn't Gigabyte design their 30 series cards not to Nvidia spec?

In my experience the only thing Gigabyte's warranty is worth is to use the paper its printed on to wipe yourself after you are done on the toilet. Over the years, I've sent 5 motherboards and graphics cards to Gigabyte for Warranty/RMA repair/replacement and out of those 5 times I have NEVER received a properly working replacement product. One time they scratched my motherboard after they had it for 2 weeks and tried to blame it on me. I had phots I took as I was packing it up for shipping insurance purposes and they showed that there ware no scratches. One time they sent me a completely dead motherboard as a warranty replacement product. In addition to that, they scratched the plastic shroud of a friend's graphics card that he sent in for warranty repair and tried to say it was received like that. His card looked like it was nearly new out of the box condition when he sent it in.

Look on the bright side - there is actually a queue for you to be a part of! You're better off here than fighting bots on Newegg or waiting in line outside of a Microcenter only to be told they got ten cards total...
Ultimately it's your money and you reserve the right to spend it where you want, and support companies you want. There's nothing any of us can do about the overall situation we are in, but at least EVGA did SOMETHING about it. Gotta give them some credit here, yaknowwhatimean?

microcenter LOL ROFL the closest one to me is over 300 miles away personally i love EVGA but as i said at same time i hate them as i have had nothing but respect for them and their products but you CANT tell me they sold out of cards in seconds unless they let bots buy cards. in the end EVGA DID cross ship the second RMA 2070 super for free but the fact of the matter is the que systems broken as heck in my honest opinion. there was no announcements of the QUE system on main page for one, there was no EMAIL about it and they should have stocked more then what maybe a couple hundred cards if that? and sorry but EVGA like almost all 3rd party besides ASUS cheapened out on the capacitors on the RTX 3090 and RTX 3080 do to improper testing and failure to follow spec sheet from NVIDIA. i do love EVGA for their products god knows i own enough of them but they need to take a HUGE step back and go back to their roots and be a company FOR GAMERS BY GAMERS

I'm not sure why you're posting as if EVGA targeted you specifically. Yes, they are selling out in minutes. You're among thousands all trying to get them at the same time. Very few ever post here... those that do either comment in a thread with pretty much a repeat of your comments or make another thread with the same complaints. What if the rumors of a 'respin' on a new node with TSMC is true? Maybe a silver lining in not getting one now. DigiTimes is reporting that NVIDIA will shift over from Samsung 8nm to TSMC 7nm in the new year, which should see the new GeForce RTX 3080 20GB model, and mid-range GeForce RTX 3060 and other series cards that are expected towards the tail end of 2020 and more so into 2021. DigiTimes explains: "It has also been reported that NVIDIA's previous annual masterpiece RTX 30 series uses Samsung Electronics' 8nm process at a considerable OEM discount, but will switch to TSMC's 7nm process in 2021. The order volume is not less"."The reason for NVIDIA's transfer of orders is that TSMC's 7nm offer is relatively close to the people, and the other is that it has previously planned to diversify risks to deal with Samsung's 8nm yield problem. The NVIDIA 7nm large order is also one of TSMC's important customers to maintain high-end 7nm capacity utilization in 2021".Read more: https://www.tweaktown.com...pus-in-2021/index.html

Well in EU, they and Asus ship way more cards than EVGA. Though now that EVGA finally implemented Queue in EU, more than 3 weeks after US, maybe we'll get some more cards. Better chances of having an AMD one though...

I am not in a huge hurry to get my card so I didnt sign up till about an hour ago. The only reason I am upgrading now is for my HP reverb G2 which has not even shipped yet. So I am gonna let EVGA work out all their issues if they have any with the first cards and get mine later down the line.

But are you able to buy them? I was sitting at my computer yesterday when I got an alert from nowinstock that NewEgg had 3080 FTW3 Ultra in stock. I got it in the cart but check out failed. Took less than 5 seconds and they were gone. If AMD's cards are competitive when reviewers test them, then that should take some pressure off demand for 3000 series cards.

Came here to say this. I checked that link immediately after adding cards to the cue so I could see if I did it right. Also, you get an email immediately after being added; so not getting one should have been a dead giveaway.

If you're ready to succumb to 250€ over MSRP yes from time to time some resellers list them, though its mostly sent to already existing orders / preorders rather than to sales. But queues are moving faster from other brands than EVGA sending 5 cards here and there meaning it will be faster to be able to buy one unless EVGA really starts shipping way more in EU suddenly. Not by bucket loads faster / better, but supply is still better than any EVGA card sent. There's supply issue regardless of the brands but some brands value more EU than others who prefer prioritizing US. Which I get even if I don't agree. Regardless, gives me a chance to vote with my wallet and say to Nvidia how they really messed up by buying a 6800XT. Supply will be messed up too but still better than Nvidia. They taunted Nvidia about it so if they mess up too they'll look bad. That's why they are limiting sales for the first 3 weeks of launch so they can get enough time to supply many retailers between launch day and 3rd week after launch. Demand will be high because a lot of 3080 people that couldn't probably are going to look for an AMD.

Now you receive an email but that hasn't been always the case, I think it's only two weeks or even one week ago that they added that. Before that you wouldn't receive anything, in fact Jacob answered people telling them they were indeed in the queue and not to worry because it didn't send email at that time.

I did the auto notify very early, did it for several different models then just waited for email. I didn't know you could check your notifies but when I saw on the forum you could, I went and checked and none of them registered. I did the notify way before they announced the system, but they said that if you signed up for a notify before it would already be in the system, it wasn't lol. I didn't find out until 10/07 so I got awhile. I am in the step up queue since 09/17 so hopefully that pans out soon enough.
