    Vulgar language is not allowed.

I would assume the fan has gone bad. Some XC3 fans have issues, so contact evga and they should be able to assist you.

noise at a steady run state usually indicates the fan has an issue

however - if the "noise" only happens when the fan first starts spinning or increases in RPM - that is a "normal sound"

Friends, I also had such a problem with chirping, when the fans start to start and stop at the moment when the temperature was kept in this start-stop range - it was very annoying.
And I found a solution! ) it is necessary to lubricate the fan axis well. For some reason, some fans are poorly lubricated - they have almost no lubricant.

In my case - RTX 3060 XC GAMING 12G

I think it is a bad delivery of a batch of fans because this problem is very common

Does the fan look to be spinning normally when you hear the sound? Any shaking or increase/decrease in speed when it happens? Have you looked at the fans to make sure nothing has got inside the fan and that no wear is on the fan blades or fan shroud?

Can you describe the sound also.

I had exactly that sound. I tried to loosen the screws of the fans or, on the contrary, tighten them, put gaskets between the radiator and the fan, changed the curve of the fans ...
and all this did not help. Only hardcore, only disassembly (very carefully) of fans and lubrication
