There was a raspberry pi 2B for sale on a forum, been wanting to play with one for a while now.
It has the case, wifi dongle and the Ras Pi2B for a good price, so I bought it.
Not sure what I'll do with it when I get it, but should be fun learning something new.
Going to order a sensor kit, see temps, humidity, and a bunch of stuff.
Maybe a night vision camera with IR lights.

So, have one? What do you do with yours?

Have but not in use, was using for BU with some R-Boxes.
What I did not care was when you lost power you have to Re-Load the OS, takes about 2 Hours to complete and but BOINC back on.

Nothing fancy for the moment, I'm using it as a media center with OSMC.

You must of had the first one, or something else was wrong hardware wise.
I got mine up and running, the OS is on a SD card and the BIOS is too. It is a version of Ubuntu Linux, "slow" lol
I unplug mine and plug it in and it boots right up, it does lose the correct time, there is no real time clock on board.
It connects to a time server on its own at startup and gets the correct time..
Running it off of one of those cellphone backup battery chargers.
It seems to sip power, I was web surfing for an hour and battery was still fully charged.
Going to order a night vision camera and a weather station setup....

I considered getting one to mess around with.  I saw a pretty cool NES inspired case for it on Amazon and saw that you can stream PC games to it.

I used PI's OS, never tried any other.
Pull The Power Cable and Then Plug in Back In and it Boot Fine. This is Good the hear.

I have a 2 and a 3. 2 is a media center have not yet decided what to do with the 3, may actually give it to my nephew to learn coding or something.
