I googled this error that I see during bios botting up and see a link to this forum, but get an error page. My search has turned up nothing.

Could I get some help either finding this thread or some understanding as to how to resolve. I have tried to disable as much overhead in my BIOS to free up memory on the chip, but without any luck. I read this was a mem issue on the chip..IDK

Everything runs fine, but I hate to see an error during boot up. Im running Bios version Z17 on the 790i FTW computer specs in my Sig

This is an error that came about when EVGA techs were making or editing this BIOS for the 790i FTW. The only way to get rid of thoses errors is to turn your network ports off through the BIOS. I use the network ports so I cannot turn them off. Try it if you do not believe me, turn the network ports off in BIOS & errors go away.

So the only chance of gettin rid of those errors for me is for EVGA to step up & fix the POS BIOS they created for this board...

Guess I will have to live with it then also. When you say ports are you speaking of MAC0 & MAC1? I only need MAC0 and have disabled MAC1.
    Thanx

Yeah If you have MAC0 & MAC1 enabled the error will pop up twice...

With one disabled, you will get the error once, If you disable both of them the error goes away...

Glad to be able to help!
