When will this card be available. When will the price drop on 2080ti

    That is difficult to say when the Black editions will be shipping. I personally hope shipments will be sometime this month, but only EVGA knows the answer.

    Why would the price drop on a New line of GPU; especially when Demand far outpaces supply  ?

    New 1080Tis are still selling for close to or at original MSRP. So the answer is: not for a long time.
