Hi
I'm a noob from here.
I update my z370 micro board yesterday, after that, my PC's beep the abnormal sound,
(I attached the video clip here  youtu.be/gQI0R5IE9KI )

Is anyone can let me know what's that mean, please?
Or is there any software that I can check it by myself?

Thank you!

All that beeping (or most of it) probably corresponds to the number of USB devices attached to your PC, some motherboards do that and that would be normal..You can disconnect them and find out.

You might be able to enable a Quiet Boot mode in the BIOS -> BOOT Options if it's annoying.

Your video - sounds like normal BOOT

Like Bob said, check for something call "Quiet BOOT" in your BIOS

Others say normal, so I guess it is.

I normally get no beeps at all or one short beep on my Dark.

That would be Quiet BOOT mode

Shortly after posting my previous comment, I had a series of events that had my PC beeping 4 or 5 times and getting stuck on b2.

After resetting the BIOS, it went back to normal, but this has happened several times now, apparently at random.

Looking through the BIOS, I did not see a 'Quiet BOOT' option.

That's odd, usually this option should be in the bios of motherboards having a speaker... my model has one and since 3 months i've desactivated this option...

The Dark has a Speaker Beep ON/OFF, but that merely enables/disables all beeps. I have it turned ON.

Since I usually, but not always, get one short beep, I would not consider what I have as Quiet Mode.
