What sample rate and bit depth are you using. Similar complaints have been common at high sample rates and bit depths. If you aren't using 44.1 or 48 kHz sample rate and 16-bit bit depth, try 44.1 or 48 kHz sample rate and 16-bit bit depth and see if the problem goes away.

I choose in nu audio program 44.1 16 bit and further the same. I also make off c-state in bios and the same. My sound is off for one second in game

Any difference if you disable the speakers or the headphones in the NU Audio software? What happens if you turn off the Nahimic software? Does this occur in any other game? What kind of motherboard do you have? If AMD, have you checked to see if you have the latest BIOS installed?

Try setting the Nahimic options to off while you're playing. I want to see if VAC might be causing issues with the audio. Do you notice the audio skipping in any other applications, such as watching youtube or audio applications?

The Nahimic portions are the Surround, Reverb, and Compressor on the lower left side. Also the volume options on the lower right side, as well.

It might be good to have a list of games you have tried and a list of the hardware you are using. Only issue I have ever had was fixed by lowering the bit rate in mostly older games.

That's a good sign, right? I mean, at least you hear something. I recommended it 3 days ago. Try 44.1 kHz 16-bit. Other than the humming problem, are there any other problems? Other than the humming problem, can you hear the other sounds which you weren't able to hear before? The humming is a different problem. First solve the problem of hearing sounds, then we can work on the humming second.
