is their a option in bios for a auto start my x58 had it but cant recall the name but you could set a time two turn on the pc ? I have looked and guessing their isn't but doesn't hurt two ask .

~HD:> 960 pro 512g 
  ~PSU:> EVGA SuperNOVA 850 P2
 ~MONITOR:> 23" asus 1920x1080 and acer 16" 1366x768  
 ~INPUT:> Logitech G15 Keyboard and Logitech 502 mouse   
    ~O/S:> win10 (64) "pro"

    if a BIOS has it then it would be as below --but I did not see one on mine.
     
    BIOSPower Management > Resume By Alarm > Enable

    Wake on LAN may not be an option  if the power supply has the system totally off.
     
    i did see on the internet over the years ways to just Push the power button
