Got a new case coming in soon but I have a question for the experts hopefully this is the right board. this is the case https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088T3VMKK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I order a Phanteks 140mm fan for the rear pretty sure leaving that as the exhaust is a good idea my main question is I have this CPU cooler https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DV29GYN/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I'm going put it on the top of the case but what I'm wondering which way should I point the fans should it be intake or exhaust?

So far there 1 rear exhaust and the 3 front fans are intake now the top fans not sure which would be better?

Positioning the fans to blow or suck cooler/outside air through the rad and into the case would provide better CPU cooling, how much better is hard to tell..Also, you'd have more positive pressure in the case to help keep out dust.
