just a update on my fist RMA i got my car back from EVGA yesterday on 9/28, they received my card on the 26th got it back 3 days later,  can't believe how fast the turnaround time was, a big thanks  to everyone at EVGA in the RMA Department,  THANK YOU GUYS , now about the card it's a 1080Ti,  physically the card looked perfect not one scratch, after installation i ran Heaven Benchmark and let it loop for 60 minutes  to see how the card was going to run, with no overclock applied, with fans set to 80% after 60 minutes,  card was running  at 57c with a clock speed of 1845Mhz, no artifacts , so I'm a very happy customer ;  )  I have seen a few negative RMA experiences on the forms, I had a very positive one I wanted to share ,
