mouse movement noise in audio

It doesn't happen all the time but especially during game play when my system heats up... I'm wondering if i need to replace my power supply or need an audio card. It's a cyberpowerpc so it wouldn't surprise me if it's a ghost i'll never find but any help would be great.

    Is "Spread Spectrum" an option somewhere in your motherboard's BIOS?  If so, is it disabled?  If it is disabled, enable Spread Spectrum.  That often helps.
     
    Others report that disabling Spread Spectrum helps, but I can't figure out why.
     
    Another thing to try is plugging and unplugging your mouse and headphones/speakers a few times to try to scrape off any oxidation which may have occurred on the metal of their electrical connections.  Doing so can fix issues with grounding.
     
    You can also try plugging your mouse and headphones/speakers into different ports, if available.
