On most motherboards I have used, you press F2 or Delete to get into the BIOS.

Boot the PC, and go crazy on the delete button to see if it will show you the bios. I have not use MSI Products before, so it may be slightly different, but normally the bios initiates the GPU, just before the bios splash screen.

Another way around this is to disconnect the hard drive, if you are using a sata cable, and it will give the option to press F1 to get into the bios, then set the data plug to be hot plugable.

Could be due to the adapter/cable you're using to make that quadro work with your monitor since the monitor only supports hdmi & usb-c, and your card only supports displayport & dvi-d.

The monitor has display port 1.4, I think that the bios wont show unless I use the dvi port, which the monitor lacks

Must have looked at the wrong monitor or something when I first replied. DVI should have nothing to do with it. Should display just fine on dp or hdmi.
