Definate true story..Make sure to try running it at the 'Tested Speed/Latency/Voltage" in my link above and with a 2T/2N or 3T/3N Command Rate (the lower the better)..Otherwise, if it's set to "Auto" in the BIOS it will run at the much slower "SPD Speed" for compatibility reasons across different platforms. You can try an "XMP Profile" in the BIOS too. But, see where it says in the link that "Rated XMP frequency & stability depends on MB & CPU capability"..That goes for manually setting it up too.
