H370 doesn't hold Bios settings if unplugged - new battery installed

I have an H370 stinger that sat for a year or so. Whenever it's unplugged, the bios settings revert. I've replaced the battery, but the outcome is the same. How would I be able to get this serviced? It's way past warranty, but most/all the LGA1151 MITX boards I've seen don't look appealing...
