CPU_SOC on reference leds is out, pc is working but should I be concerned.

CPU_SOC on reference leds is off, pc is working but should I be concerned.I notice this when the computer froze. Forced shutdown, cold boot, reboot successful but led is still not lit.Voltage is .9 on Eleet X1All cores are approx. 1.441vThoughts? Thanks,Chuck..
