After installing driver 456.38 Precision x became glitchy cant save settings, cant set power target the slider is over to the right and says 0% and won't clock past 1350 Mhz. My PC seems really slow. I uninstalled drivers with ddu. Reinstalled drivers nothing seems to work. Please help..

Recently I noticed that fan 1 on my 2080ti FTW3 will ramp up to 100% as the GPU hits 64-66C. I have a fan curve set that all fans follow no problem, but once I hit that temp fan 1 just ignores the curve and goes to 100%. I tried a clean install of the latest nvidia drivers and PX1 without any luck. ..
