how do i add a picture next 2 my name

On the menu above with the icon and words:

- hover over User Control Panel
- move mouse and click option "Edit Profile"
- click the following tab in the second row of tabs "Avatar / Profile Photo"

Monday i have upload my wallpaper for contest 11th and not appear to section on Flickr!

Why ?

I have already sent more than four times my new wallpaper and never appears on the site images ...

Just because it hasnt appeared on flickr doesnt mean EVGA hasnt got it.  It usually takes 4-5 days to appear. If you uploaded monday then i should think you will see it up within the next 24 hours. Dont panic.  If you recived the email saying wallpaper entered then your allright.

The contest will end and my wallpaper will not show up here, and I am sending the picture about two weeks, it is not fair
