Is there a diagram that shows where to place the pads and I see your sizes are different that whats in that link that was posted

No worries at all, is there an issue with using the Gelid pads or can I buy them all from Evga today so they are here by Saturday at the latest? I did email into support as well just havent heard back yet, if they reply I can send them my cards info as well and willing to pay for faster shipping as well if need be.

If it is a model 24G-P5-4981-KR then the thermal pad sizes are included below in mm.

Location - (Quantity x) Length x Width x Height (mm)
GPU - (2x) 53x14x2.25
GPU - (1x) 16x13x2.25
GPU - (1x) 38x14x2.25
GPU - (1x) 77x7x2.75
GPU - (1x) 110x5x2.25
Backplate - (2x) 52x12x2.75
Backplate - (1x) 40x12x2.75
Backplate - (1x) 15x10x2.75
Backplate - (1x) 15x7x1.75

I do apologize as we do not currently offer thermal pads, but you are welcome to use whichever thermal pads you do prefer. 
 
Please do keep in mind that there will also be the need for Thermal Paste.

 And where does the Thermal Putty need to be applied? I dont recall seeing putty on there when I put the waterblock on the card, yes Thermal paste on the die for sure
 

I stand corrected, as this model uses the thermal pads and does not use thermal putty.  Sorry for the confusion.
 
Also, the images of the pads can be seen on page 3 of the review that Cool GTX posted above.

UPDATE: If you are using GELID EXTREME PADS see below
 
Pads need to be 2mm on the die side for the Evga 3090Ti cards and 3mm on the backplate are perfect, it would of been nice if Evga still sold the stock pads but the GELID EXTREME pads in 2mm and 3mm are all you need. Hope this helps someone else looking to repad their card.
