Jimmy Carter, the 39th president of the United States and a former peanut farmer whose vision of a "competent and compassionate" government propelled him into the White House, died on Sunday, according to local media. He was 100 years old.
 
 

Good generous man with a big heart. May he rest in peace and the perpetual light shine upon him.

Once his wife died in 2023 I knew he would not live too much longer. RIP to him and his wife. 

So giving of his time, even after being POTUS, to things like Habitat for Humanity & other callings, all for the betterment of others

He did a lot for humanity but during his term as President but he treated the military very poorly in my opinion.
