Hi, i've got a Z20 here, and the numpad enter key gets jammed up. the actual switch is fine, so it has to be some dirt etc in the body of the board, does anyone have steps to open it up so i can clean out that area?

I use that key a lot with my mouse hand when typing, or using the numpad, with it jammed up, its inoperable.

i've tried to hit the spots with canned air but little to no change.

Thanks :)

If it's just the key sticking, look through this thread. You may find the solution. ->  https://forums.evga.com/Z20-keys-sticking-m3462784.aspx

I had a few sticking keys on my Z20 and fixed the issue as shown in the above thread.

I have had a few keys like this, but its more that the enter key specifically cannot make its full travel, something is stopping it bottoming out.
i've swapped the cap to a single cap as a stopgap, which works fine, its got to be the keyspring.

Ok, got it.  Maybe by disassembling the entire switch you'll see some kind of obstruction?  Anyway, good luck on a fix.
