You shouldn't "hate" to ask this, you and the rest of us are not being unreasonable for requesting they do these changes. All other mobo vendors have done all of these changes, EVGA should do the same. I know it is probably a hassle for them and I think it's ok for them to ask us to be patient while they work this out, but this shouldn't be an "ask" but an expectation that we get these.
Chris, I think most of us realize the situation EVGA is in and that your mobo/bios team are gone now, but we really should see these updates soon. Could you please update us, even if you are only able to give us a "we are working on it"? I think as a consumer it's just nice to know it's being worked on even if we don't have an ETA.

Dear EVGA Community,
Thank you everyone for your patience while our team worked on the updates per Intel for the Z790 motherboards.
These updates include the 0x129 Microcode from Intel for the Z790 series motherboards.
We only recommend this BIOS for the Z790 with Intel 13th or 14th Gen. Processors.
The BETA BIOS can be downloaded at the links below:
· 121-RL-E799-KR - EVGA Z790 DARK K|NGP|N - v1.20
· 121-RL-E798-KR - EVGA Z790 CLASSIFIED - v1.17
Please take note that we do not recommend updating your BIOS if you are not running an Intel 13th or 14th Gen. Processor.
Chris I hate asking this again.. will EVGA do another BIOS update for Intel's 0x12B microcode update, which they claim finally does actually fix this issue?
