Hi All,
I am having a persistent issue w/ my EVGA graphics card not working properly w/ my PC. Fortunately, this one was under warranty and so a new one was sent to me just three days ago. I had it installed by a professional because I am relatively inexperienced w/ PCs and didn't want to screw it up. I gamed for about 5 hours over the past two days and then (like the last time) my computer screen had a bunch of lines through it and the graphics card had code 43. It seems highly unlikely that I received two faulty units so I'm wondering what troubleshooting steps I can take to resolve this before trying a third unit.

Specs are as follows:
Intel Core i5 12400F
ASUS ROG STRIX B660i - ITX Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR5 RAM
Corsair SF750 Platinum PSU
EVGA 3070
Coolermaster NR 200p
Lian Li SL 120mm Daisy Chained Fans
Thermalright AX120 CPU Fan

Appreciate any help I can get!

Let the professional test it out, and if the issue happens in the professionals system then you’ll need a 3rd one.

Agreed, you paid to have the professional take care of it. This is the risk the professional takes on when accepting to do the job, it should be his responsibility to resolve it or at least recomend a replacement after diagnosing.
