Hi, lately my DG tuner software is having problems, I cant open it.
When I try to open it, the program starts searching for firmware updates and then, 
I get a pop up message saying: Can't find USB HID device
 
When I unplug the USB header from the DG77 board and connect it back, it makes a sound like when u plug a USB device. 
 
plzz help, im stuck with full white 100% brightness EVGA rgb logos. 
 
I tried downloading other versions of the DG TUNER but no luck. 

Try plugging it into different USB ports. 

Could be a Windows 11 bug.

• Microsoft Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7 / Vista

 
Did you just update the OS?  Did everything work under W10?
 
Have you tried compatibility mode in Windows?
 
If you tried to reinstall after removal of software, did you clean old registry entries for DG Tuner first?
 
 
 
Looks like Ver 1.1.0 is the newest that supports your DG-77 case

sorry for not updating this previously, I was able to fix it.
The solution was uninstalling ASUS ARMORY CRATE and CLEANING THE REGISTRY with CCLEANER.
 
1-uninstall all asus/asus armory crate software.
2-uninstall evga turner software.
3-do a registry cleaning with ccleaner.
4-restart.
5-install evga turner again (ver 1.1.0)
6-restart.
7-is working again. 
 
 
after doing that, the version 1.1.0 is working nicely again.
