Not per se, but you can use Thunderbolt devices on the USB-C ports albeit at USB 3.2 speeds, as USB-C and Thunderbolt are physically compatible.

Thunderbolt is just like super fast UCB-C but a lot of devices are not made to support speeds beyond USB-C and most Thunderbolt cables are not that long or at least last time I looked at them it seemed like I would have to go USB-C if I wanted a cable above around 3ft.

As other have said you can plug most thunderbolt devices in that also support USB 4, but for the true thunderbolt support like for monitors it's tricky, you won't get the DP passthrough or native thunderbolt DP as you would with some other boards but I have got thunderbolt monitors to work with the display link driver, but it won't do the big multi screen type ultra wides.
