As you promised in post https://forums.evga.com/FindPost/3611921 by EVGATech_ChrisB. When can we expect BIOS update for Z790 motherboards to support Intel 14th Gen CPUs which are being released TODAY?

EVGA's radio silence is ominously deafening...

Would be nice to see a bios update for the 14900k for the z690 & z790 dark for people who want to upgrade. I’ll be sticking with my 13900k as the 14900k just isn’t worth it imo.

I have Z790 Classified still sealed and I've ordered i9 14900K now I'm just waiting for this damn BIOS upgrade in order to complete my new rig! EVGA C'MON!

Come on, im so tempted to buy a 14900k from my 13900k to pair with my z790 classified. Please evga release that update

I was going to run to Microcenter today to get one, but I figured I would wait to be safe. I want to be optimistic and am willing to wait a little bit for the update, as im not changing from my Dark board for years. But I like others here would at least like a message from EVGA even if it’s “still coming soon”.

i still hope that a bios will be released, but in my opinion is already too late.

and where's Vince "Kingpin" Lucido? No matter what, there's his sign on this boards and on this board's marketing images, it's an his responsability too.

AFAIK also EVGA_Lee who posted here on forum all these BIOSes, is no longer with EVGA.
 
I think EVGA should at least clear things up by either saying on launch day of Intel 14th gen GPUs:
 

1. YES you will get update on XX.XX date
2. NO there won't be any updates anymore

It literary takes 10 sec to reply in this thread with that info! Instead they just keep ignoring us!
