each strip you click on corresponds to a header, which will illuminate that header.  Make sure you change the one that corresponds where you have your RBG fan plugged into.

I got that part but what does the 120 count in 120 LEDs?

Not really understanding your question.   There will be others that probably have more experience in RBG setups that can help.

Sorry, maybe if add more detail it might help. 
 
Of you look at the RGB settings, there is the onboard RGB and then their are the 4 RGB strips. 
 
The four RGB strips each have a two options one to set the RGB pattern and one that says LED's.
 
What is the LED's setting for? Is that the number of individual fans or LED's in a fan or something else?

Just going from the information provided, not something I'm using, but if you buy an RGB strip for your case, you can then tell this software how many LEDs are in the strip and it will plan an output pattern for that many LEDs.
