Zoom into the video… like, get in there.. it is creepy how the texture of his face is displayed at 4k, but it looks natural zoomed out.

I wonder how many people would be able to tell if "This is not Morgan Freeman" was not pasted on there.

I have wondered if we might start to see digital actors in the future. Just a computer AI using hundreds of actors and actresses over the past 100 years to generate the age weight and ethnicity wanted for a role. I could see that becoming a thing in the future where movie studios would want 100% control over an actors use. With deepfakes a studio could go this is Jane Bond in 2024 and in 2054 he hasn’t aged a day instead of having several actors play the role (which several would behind the scenes).

I can 100% see the reason why a studio would want that especially for super hero movies where the toys can make a lot of money to own the actors appearance and not have to license out to the star. The bad side is we could see the perfect example of beauty that nobody realistically can match and that could really have a negative impact on society. Korea already has an AI generated super model they are licensing out to appear in ads so it’s not that far off from becoming main stream.

Not surprised. If you look closely you are able to tell the CGI illusions in real life.
It's all about lighting/contrast. CGI is the technology used in real life to manipulate your perception. Just like in the movies.
People are surprised of seeing famous people looking different, well, now you know why.
Watch the first Start Trek series with Captain Kirk the technology used in that show is the Tech we use now, cell phones flat screens automatic open close doors, walkie talkies when making sound just like nokia walkie talkies phones, etc.
