Yeah still quite bummed out about all this. EVGA was my go to not only in GPU's but especially in GPU's and for the first time in a long time I have zero excitement about any announcement from Nvidia...
I am sitting here rocking an EVGA MB, GPU, Case, and Power Supply.

Update to the official message:

EVGA has seen speculation as to whether EVGA has an agreement with NVIDIA not to build other brand graphics cards.

EVGA has no such agreement. For present, however, EVGA is exclusively focused on supporting its existing community and products.

This is really sad news. I hope in the future eVGA considers another company to partner with and continue to produce best in class gfx boards.

There will be no EVGA 40 series unfortunately. Although after seeing Nvidia's prices I cant say I would buy one...

Gonna need to change the name of the company because the name is really no longer valid if it's completely exiting the graphics card market. It's literally in the name you make graphics cards. :P It really is an absurd decision to just outright leave it because nVidia is behaving in an unethical manner to their partners. Prime time to get a good contract with AMD I'm sure. It is what it is though. It's gonna be strange buying a GPU from another manufacturer, honestly. I haven't done that in nearly 20 years.

Hi all,

You may have heard some news regarding the next generation products from EVGA. Please see below for a message on future products and support:

  • EVGA will not carry the next generation graphics cards.
  • EVGA will continue to support the existing current generation products.
  • EVGA will continue to provide the current generation products.
EVGA is committed to our customers and will continue to offer sales and support on the current lineup. Also, EVGA would like to say thank you to our great community for the many years of support and enthusiasm for EVGA graphics cards.
