A year and a half later they still haven't fix the issue, for a SINGLE mouse. Makes me wonder their overall products quality in general, maybe Nvidia is just a scapegoat for EVGA quitting the gpu market because EVGA can't make good stuff anymore.

Not for a single mouse?
I have an X10 and it has never done this.

This "single" mouse is referring to the X15 fyi. Besides, even if your X10 is fine it doesn't take long to notice X15 is not the only product with problems that interfere with normal daily or gaming use.

Agreed in all respects.  Just disagree with the idea that there isn't a single (unspecified) mouse that EVGA made which doesn't do it.

Since sometime in either July or August, my mouse started disconnecting again.  It was solved back in early 2022, but now it's back with a vengeance.  At this time, the mouse will disconnect a dozen or so times within an hour's time-frame and is basically unusable.  It usually doesn't connect back up on its own, so I have to unplug it and plug it back in again, but sometimes that won't work either so instead I have to reboot my whole computer.

Dear Aquatorch and yourdriverskeepcrashing,

I am very sorry to hear that you are having some trouble with your mouse and if it is related to disconnects then we would recommend considering processing a warranty claim on the product at: https://www.evga.com/support/evgarma1.asp as this is abnormal behavior.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you should need any support with this process.  Support@EVGA.com

I have three of the same X15 mice and it's happening to all of them.  The issue isn't physical, it's driver related.

I mentioned this before... get a monitor with Nvidia reflex and plug it into that reflex port. Turn on then off reflex and everything is golden, no need to reboot.
Your pc runs the mouse at 2-3ms. The monitor latency will be 8ms at 1k poll rate, hardly notice a difference.  The mouse is better than Razer by far, but i have a backup just in case.

Mine started acting up as well once I connected a Razer mouse to my PC to charge.  I still run the 1.0.13 software version with old firmware.

On my 3rd X15 now.
Bought one, started disconnecting, replaced.
Replacement started disconnecting, replaced again.
Third one now also starting to disconnect.
It's clearly a design defect that will not be fixed with a replacement. EVGA needs to knock off with the insulting cookie cutter "please contact support if you have blahblah" posts. Just allow us to keep our warranty if we open it up and fix the solder joint ourselves.

Has it been confirmed that this is a solder issue and that reflowing resolves it permanently?

I've got two x15 mice and both have this problem.
