I have re-purchase a x58 Classified 3x SLI (e760) for benching again. I was not happy with my submission from Sept 2018 as I didn't work the memory :-( I have also re-purchased a R3E for better scores. I first installed Win 7 SP1 on the R3E and was not happy with it's OCing of a i7-920/950. I took the drive over to the EVGA board and when I installed ELeet Ver 0.8.2 (As listed on EVGA's web site for the x58) I get - This model does not support now.
I was able to get the above software to work -> http://overclockingpin.com/eleet/ELeetTune.zip <- Can you place this link or PUT back the old link for the ELeet software that works with the x58 boards?

Thank You

Now 2 xeon 5650s and 24 gb teamgroup 12800 ddr3 6 4gb dimms. guess im going to have to look for a decent 1366 mb that has triple channel for cheap now as I have a little too much in it for my taste now...
I wish I could find a dual processor server board w a respectable pinout list to be happy w the memory, I saw someone made one once somewhere on the web but I would have to have FULL DOCUMENTATION not the crap most companies (dell/hp/compaq/etc) put out or it would be near impossible to setup the control wiring w/o killing the board by accident.
As I said B4 at least it does work. My games help me keep my "sanity" in this currently mad world.
Thanks for all the effort trying to help.

i like other peoples computer problems... too bad you have xeons and i have an e760 rev1 that dont like xeons.

Hahahaha  I usually do, right up until I have to fix em... I spent 5 months on my landladies laptop chasing problem after problem right up until it reminded me of the advice I gave a neighboring shop 15 years ago. They had a little Mazda w random engine and transmission problems and asked me to look at it because I had previously worked for the transmission shop that was up the street before the owner ran it into the ground after a drug relapse.... My diagnosis after looking at it for 5 minutes? I flippantly said as I walked off to replace the battery as I watched them use a jump box to start it...they didn't believe me. 2 weeks later after it quit starting even w the boost box, they replaced the battery. Suddenly it worked just fine, no issues whatsoever.

The issue w the laptop? A voltage regulator circuit in it had a bad discrete component or a bad solder joint and was sending  fluctuating voltage thru the entire device. Computers want STABLE voltages, in fact they get PISSED when it isn't. So in this case the HDD malfunctioned, The USB 3 was slower than USB2,  and the processor was WAY slower than what I gave her which is a old core 2 duo 2.6ghz w ddr2. Her laptop was a 4 core amd running DDR3 and running at over 3.6ghz. Almost twice the machine. The older business machine is running circles around the laptop.

...and yes I have a soft spot for little old ladies, let alone I felt bad it took me that long to figure it out.

final comment on this board and the issue of memory only showing the first 2 dimm slots. I saw a post while looking for a Zeon compatible X58 motherboard with triple channel capability. for those with the power to do it THIS NEEDS TO BE A STICKY SOMEWHERE....If you are using 4 dimms on a Zeon in an X58 MB, the dimms MAY need to be placed in slots 3,4,5,and 6...NOT !,2,3, and 4. The Tell is slots one and 2 will be the only ones that show.

Also now all 24 gigs IE all 3 channels are working on my board for some reason until I populated it 2 then 4 then all 6 it wouldn't recognize any but the first 2. example, first I did 8 gig in slots 1 and 2, then I did 16 in slots 3 4 5 and 6, then I populated all 6. Weird...but hey it works.

Still working on the not playing nice with the ELEET software, but now it's a challenge....I SOOO love a challenge in the form of a puzzle.

P.S. don't ask what I did to deal with the damaged pin in the socket...lets just say if it was anyone else's machine and I didn't have a spare processor I would have recommended a new MB...it's janky but it works. I also found out the pin involved temp monitoring and something else not memory.

Massive search all over the net. 2 days off and on searching and have come to the the conclusion They set a force disable comment in the coding of one of the EVGA x58 drivers somewhere. IOW it doesn't matter what software version of ELEET or ELEETX you have either a switch in the bios (quite likely beings the message is really curt) or in the drivers are killing it outright. I would LOVE if someone found an old X58 FTW3 disc and could toss it my way. I'm in it now just to see what was done now as the end result will be me having to do all the overclocking work manually through the bios. I have a serious issue w knowing things for sure, Theories, even if they are hard working theories just don't cut it w me...I HAVE TO KNOW... lol now to figure out how to get this thread closed.
