Didn't look like a true Notify/Queue button...just a 'send me an email' when there's more info.  But definitely a nice looking piece of kit, EVGA, well done...
Would love to see a price point, cause that could get me to cancel my P3 order...but I'm guessing it's well above P3 price for that frame.
 
Note:  I did get a very similar reply email from EVGA on this, does look like it's "que'd" up...actually.  (Ok, not true que, per LeeM below)

So you reckon it's only going to be sold "as is" w/ Kingpin, Z690 Dark, 1600w Titanium PSU, 7th Gen cooler and analog gauges?  No stand-alone frame purchase?  That would be sad...but yeah, maybe first edition is full kit only at some sky high price.
 
If so, I'd raise that estimate by $500 or so...

Yes, from reading the article, it appears as if all of those components will be included with the frame.
No idea if they would make a stand-alone frame available to purchase, but I'd agree with your guess that the first edition/release will be the full kit only, and also wouldn't be surprised if it's $5000+
