Does it mean I will not receive my RTX 3060 XC Black(MSRP $329.99) that I received notification and paid today?

That’s a good question, but I imagine they only send notifications for cards they’ve received and have standing by for purchase.

Probably It will not affect queue. I didn't pay attention that it happened Oct 29 since Jacob made post just 4 hours ago.

He said this was a shipment of stock to EVGA's distribution center.  They wouldn't sell cards through the queue that weren't already present at their distribution center.

This. Drops to the queues are for inventory in-hand.

Sorry to hear about this. Hopefully they catch these clowns when they try to sell off their bounty.

Unfortunately graphics card isn't a vehicle that you have to register before using it.

Does EVGA have all the serial numbers? If so, perhaps PUBLISH THEM, so we'll know straight away who is trying to sell them and hopefully catch the criminals. Although I guess any cards under $950 don't count as stolen in California, just a misdemeanor.

+1 If you have serial numbers publish them. That way you will protect innocent people from being sold stolen property.
