Seems like I have everything I am supposed to in order to unlock the 1K eligibility.  am i missing something?  

I'm guessing that maybe it's because you can't see the rig pictures. 

 
 
Agree with RJ ..... "valid image" issue
 
Try using a Host site like IMGUR for the photos.  EVGA site & uploading of photos - has been having issues for awhile

Noticed that the products aren't links.  You need to edit the details to put the exact SKU of the products in the appropriate column.  Once those are in place, the product name will turn into links, and you will have the 1k eligibility.

Particularly frustrating was the photos of my old 2 x GTX 480 Hydrocopper FTW (SLI) that won the $1,000 ModsRigs draw years ago... my first full watercooling loop.
