No they won't. I called them with a similar problem and they told me they can only "fix" the oldest notifies I did, which are for some products I currently have 0 interest in purchasing.
And this way, I lost completely a queue I was among the firsts, 8 months ago.

But hey, since I'm from EU, maybe it's just that and an US citizen will get his issue fixed afterall.

I am actually quite happy to see that my issue was actually solved. Thanks  guys ! <3

I want to renew my EVGA build (EVGA Classifed K Z170 mobo, EVGA G3 850 PSU, EVGA GTX 1080 SC) but at 67 years old, I'll be dead before I can get a EVGA RTX 3080ti to start it off, queue or no queue!

Very useful, ebay Italy is full of scalpers who sell EVGA cards at three times the price.
This thing has been done before. Now it doesn't make sense anymore ...

If you scalp an EVGA card, you should be banned from this website forever.

That is a sentiment shared by most of us.  Unfortunately, after someone purchases a GPU, it is their property and they can dispose of it as they please.

Everyone,

As we continue to monitor the queue to get cards to gamers sooner, we appreciate all the feedback to help us to improve the queue system.

Due to the overwhelming demand for the 30 Series Products, our first step was to close the notify queue until we can fulfill them. Management team then took an extra step to prioritize those that have not received a card versus others who have been able to get multiple GPU’s.

After reading the feedback, there were legitimate concerns about retroactively changing the queue function. We are sorry for any frustration this caused, this was not the company’s intention. Today we are going to make the following updates:

1.    The queue system will be rolled back to the previous rule.
  • Anyone who missed a card from Monday, October 4th, will be notified on the next release.
  • EVGA will continue to send notifies through October 8th.
2.    In order to get cards to gamers sooner, please go to the notify page at and keep only the top two cards selected that you would like to purchase, and remove the others.
  • On October 11th, 2021, the system will only lookup and send notifies based on your two oldest entries.
  • Going forward, the queue system will only allow for two 30 Series notifies on the current lineup.
  • EVGA strongly suggests to keep the FTW3 ULTRA or XC3 ULTRA models due to consistent supply compared to limited supply on K|NGP|N, HYDRO COPPER and HYBRID due to supply constraints.
  • EVGA is also going to be adding SMS verification to the checkout process for all notifications to catch bot orders.
3.    The queue system will not be turned back on until the current queues are fulfilled.
4.    The checkout window is 20 hours from the time of notification released.

EVGA appreciates your feedback to continue improving the queue system to deliver 30 Series cards into as many gamers hands as possible.

Thanks
EVGA

I just went to go check my notifies, but when you go to the notifies page it just send you to a login page, and after you login it just sends you to the EVGA home page. The Notifies page is gone....???

It's a glitch that pops up every now and again.  Trying clearing your browser Ctrl+Shift+Del, and F5 (refresh) when you get kicked back to Login.  What most of us do, is just wait a few hours or until the next day.

I just learned about the deadline and unable to make changes. Totally missed that part :(

You should email webmaster@evga.com to get it fixed, most got their notifies fixed, though you should let them know why you missed the window to make changes

Don't bother.  They won't do anything.  How do I know?  Here's what they told me:

Hello,

After 10/11/21 we are no longer able to change which notifies are active.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Regards,
EVGA

This was very poorly implemented.  If you weren't paying attention to the EVGA forums, and you happened to have old cards queued, you're <removed> out of luck.

Why couldn't they (1) default you to your two cards with oldest queues (as they did), but (2) give you one opportunity to change your status one time without a deadline?  Can someone explain why that wouldn't have worked just as well without pissing off customers?

Or if they had to stick with their stupid deadline, why couldn't they default to (1) your oldest queue, and (2) your newest queue?  That way you're less likely to <removed> someone over who happens to be more interested in the latest card he or she queued for?

This just wasn't well thought out.

I generally like EVGA.  They make good cards and they have a good reputation for standing by their products.  But this deadline <removed> is just incredibly <removed> stupid.  I don't know if I'll ever purchase another EVGA product after this.

They sent out a warning email to everyone that was queued for three or more cards prior to the changes taking effect. The forums were not the only means of staying informed

Yes, they did send an email.  But not from the email address that they use to notify people that a product is available (you know, the one EVGA email address that people in the queue are on the lookout for).  Instead they sent it through their EVGA news email address.  That's the same address they use to spam marketing material.
