Can't ship my back to EVGA for step up in the 14 day window

I am currently traveling and outside of my city and can't ship my card for another 3 weeks, I called customer service and they said that to call them whenever I can ship it.
Is this fine? Or would I have to wait in queue again?

Just going to point out that you've already contacted Customer Service and they indicated to contact them back when you are able to ship. End-users on this forum cannot give you a more relevant and accurate answer than that.
