Since Guangdong province is the silicon valley of China and it is included in the forced reductions, tech product production is really going to slow down.  The biggest consumers of LNG are in Asia and they are starting to try and stock up for winter.  Prices are going up in some regions.

It's probably because China does rapid expansion without always having great planning behind it. Hopefully though that is getting better after having several places that are large cities that are a ghost town.
